Bhindi Masala Recipe with Peanuts
Bhindi Masala is one such vegetable that is liked by all. We can make Bhindi Masala in many ways, like by adding gram flour or with the plain masala. But today we are going to tell you a different method to make it that is very easy, and you will like it.

Ingredients required to make Bhindi Masala –
Okra – 250 grams (medium size)
Green Chili – 4
Garlic – 6 to 7 buds
Red chili powder – quarter tablespoon
Coriander Powder – One Tablespoon
Turmeric – half a tablespoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – a quarter tablespoon
Garam Masala – half a tablespoon
Rye – quarter quart
Mango powder – half a tablespoon
Peanut – half a cup
Sesame – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
How to make Bhindi Masala –
First wash and dry the okra. Now cut the stalk of the okra and cut the ladyfinger in pieces.
Now take seven tablespoons oil in the pan and heat, when the oil is hot, put all the chopped okra in it and fry it on medium flame till it becomes crispy. Now take it out in a plate. We will use the remaining oil to make the masala.
Bake the peanuts and grind them coarsely in the mixer when cooled. Similarly, grind the sesame.
Now make green chili and garlic paste in the mixer.
Now take the pan again and add three to 4 tablespoons of oil to it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the cumin seeds crackle, add green chili, garlic paste and fry on low heat. Now add all the spices like coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, mango powder and mix well.
When the spices start separating the oil, add peanuts and sesame to it and fry it on low flame. Masala is ready, add crispy okra to this spice and mix well.
Delicious Bhindi Masala is ready, you can serve it with chapati or paratha.
