Namkeen Puri Recipe – How to Make Namkeen Puri

Namkeen Puri is a very popular dish. It is very easy to make and it is also very tasty. So today we know how to make gram flour salty puri.

Ingredients required to make Namkeen Puri-

Wheat flour – three bowls

Gram flour – 3 tablespoons

Turmeric powder – half a tablespoon

Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Red chili powder – 1 tbsp

Celery – quarter quart

Fennel – quarter quart

Cumin seeds – a quarter tablespoon

Oil – 1 Tablespoon (for mixing in dough)

Coriander (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon

salt to taste

Oil – for frying

How to make Besan Namkeen Puri –

Mix wheat flour and gram flour first and sieve in a vessel.

Now add ginger garlic paste, celery, cumin, fennel, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, green coriander and oil to the flour and mix well.

Now add water slowly to the dough and knead it softly. Cover this dough and keep it for 15 minutes.

After this, make small balls from the dough and roll them, now heat the oil by placing a pan on the gas.

When the oil is hot, put the pooris in it and fry it on a medium flame till it becomes golden. Flip the puris and fry from the other side as well. Similarly, fry all the pooris on medium heat till golden.

Delicious besan ki namkeen puri is ready, you can serve it with pickle or chutney.
