Fruit Custard Recipe – How to Make Fruit Custard
Fruit custard is a very tasty and healthy recipe. It is a very delicious and simple summer dish, so today we will know how to make fruit custard.
Note – Do not use citrus fruits like orange, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, grapefruit, etc. to make fruit custard.

Ingredients required to make custard –
Milk – 3 cups (full cream)
Custard Powder – 3 tablespoons
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Pomegranate seeds – half cup
Mango – half
Apple – medium size
Banana – A small
Method of making fruit custard –
First, take a pot to boil the milk, take out 3 tablespoons milk from this and put the rest to boil. Add three teaspoons of custard powder to this saved 3 tbs milk, mix it well, there should be no kernels in the batter, the powder should be mixed well. When the milk boils, add the custard mixed milk gradually and stir the milk well with a spoon.
Now add sugar to it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until the milk thickens. Now let the milk cool down.
Wash all the fruits well and cut them into small pieces.
Now, put all the fruits in it, keep the prepared fruit custard in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Delicious fruit custard is ready, can be served at lunch or dinner. Once the fruit custard is ready, you can also add some cardamom powder to it.
