Aam Panna Recipe – Raw Mango Panna

How to Make Aam Panna – Kairi Panna Recipe
Ingredients required to make kaccha aam panna (raw mango panna) –
Raw Mango (Kairi) – 3 medium size
Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Black Salt – As per taste
Sugar – half cup
Mint – 20 to 25 leaves
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Plain salt to taste
Cardamom Powder – Half a teaspoon
Method of making raw mango panna –
First of all, wash the raw mango (Kairi) well, now take a pot, keep water in it, put it on the gas, after boiling, put raw mango in it. The raw mango has to cook till it becomes soft, Now take them out.
When raw mango (Kairi) becomes cold, then peel it and separate it from the pulp.
Now mix raw mango pulp, sugar, black salt, black pepper powder, plain salt, cardamom powder, mint and cumin in a mixer and mix well.
Raw mango pulp is ready, you can keep it in the fridge and use it for 8 to 10 days.
Now, to make aam panna from this pulp, take a glass of water, add a spoonful of sugar to it and add two spoons of pulp, mix it well.
Delicious raw aam panna is ready, serve it by adding ice cube, you can also use mint leaves to decorate it.
